How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For personalized or custom-made items, please allow an additional 2-3 days for production before shipment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized gifts are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes! You can add a custom gift message during the checkout process. We will print your message on a premium card and include it inside the package at no extra cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
